Addi. Good honest answers; I knew I could count on you for them. Thank You. So bottom line, this stock can only move on specualation till the judge rules. Then the stock should take off. Till then, 5 and 8 are equal probabilities--so this one is a good trading stock till then---IMHO.

LOL to all.

Addi,

In addition to the 8.5 million dollar settlement that was agreed upon a couple of years ago, isn't there an additional 3.5 million or so settlement with the third guy charged? And wasn't the payout from the first settlement delayed so it could be combined with the payout from the second settlement? I believe the second settlement was with Porter. Does this ring a bell? Could the stock be responding to this additional settlement?

Alex

Addi, Yours is the first post in some time that provides any _real
clue as to the current price action. I appreciate your presentation
of the data. Thanx.

It makes sense that there is some nervousness in bidding on this issue until the uncertainty of the settlement is out of the way. Perhaps there is less focus on the 'worst case scenario' [which doesn't seem to me to be all that bad], as opposed to general worry about how the 'market' itself will consider the settlement in general. In any case/level of settlement, just getting it out of the way _should have a positive future affect.

My only other concern at this point would be some other information that insiders might have that also could be dampening enthusiasm. However, as you point out, the 'smart money' has been reducing its short interest exposure quite rapidly. It was never really high - not high enough to cause the issue price to rise with their getting out, but I think that the 'psychology' of what's been happening is important.

QUESTION: How 'firm' do you think the April timeframe is for settlement? As we all know, schedules were made to be slipped . . .
