There could have been mis communication between SEC and BAAT on what they meant. Its not like that doesn't happen. And if the SEC is ANYTHING like the IRS......more definitive discussions will probably have taken place on exactly what is needed. This may turn out to be a great benefit to BAAT. If they are running full speed to do all these things, its not out of the realm of possibility that they left a few holes open that need to be filled in. Remember, this is a BB stock, on a prayer. Some folks act like we are dealing with a fortune 500, and any "failure" to do all thats necessary is deliberate, and devious, and full of corruption. I'm not saying this isn't the case, but good grief. They don't have a huge corporate structure now. They are just scratching to succeed.
