Maybe because these guys did such a "great job" during the last crises they managed?

why run practice sirens every month in Hawaii then not use the system in a real emergency? Why put out info on FB when you have a sirens system that works?

The current Maui Police Chief was in the Las Vegas Police Department in 2017 and was the INCIDENT COMMANDER during the LAS VEGAS SHOOTINGS

Even crazier his Deputy Chief that he brought in was ALSO from the Las Vegas Police Department and conducted After-Action Presentations across the country

His Deputy Chief selection, Hank, was also part of the command for the incident and provided after-action presentations across the country on preventing, responding to, and mitigating similar active shooter events”
