claude, there is some confusion here, but about 700m shs are in esgrow to be distributed to acmg holders who owned the stock back in 1996. you really can't figure them in . i think the distribution was 1 cfb share for every 100 acmg shares. so probably around 700m shs to be issued. the companies are undergoing their year end audit and an accurate number will be available soon. confirm this with Bill Moeller.
