Thank you for the reference, will do, will definitely check him out...

I've learned a lot from the works of Dr. Gundry who was initially a cardiac surgeon who has turned to writing and teaching about how to avoid all the typical health issues and live a longer, healthier, and happier life by making just a few easy changes in what we eat...

Anyone have any thoughts about grounding oneself at night when sleeping?

The idea is that man was intended to be grounded to the earth - walking barefoot - sleeping on the ground etc.

The introduction of modern shoes decouples you from the ground since the soles are non electrically conducting. Bunch of videos on you tube about it. One of them a guy takes measurements with a multi meter which shows what is going on.

Simple solution it to purchase a bottom sheet with silver fibers that are coupled to a ground strap that connects to the ground on an electrical outlet.

This way when you are sleeping you are grounded and electrons from your body are able to flow to ground.

Supposed to be anti-inflamatory.

I bought a bottom sheet last week - a little pricy - but what the heck - can't see how it could hurt.
