Sheesh.....I just get back from vacation and your are asking difficult questions<G> Does the self-fulfilment need to come from doing ones job or just the learning itself will make self-fulfilment?

Jan, It will still come from what we do. We will simply have much more freedom in what we do. In a way, it should make many of us even more conscientious.
