Same strategy the Vietnamese used to defeat first the French and then the most powerful country on earth. Its looking good... inflation is soaring in Russia like it did during our war in Vietnam. Their defeat will be when the people there can no longer take the destruction of their economy. I could see during and after Vietnam that the Chinese were going to be the bigger threat because their economy would soar. Money = military power. Technology = power. They'd defeat us without firing a shot. Duh!
