Let's see if I have this straight. For the past year or more I have expressed my concern about the usefulness of Syncrony's products and trustworthyness, or lack thereof, of Syncrony's management. Given the latest earnings report, it's clear that those concerns were more than justified and those who dismissed my concerns as hogwash -- sprinkled liberally with personal attacks -- were wrong. Not being satisfied with that, you have personally decided that it was simply part of a master plan on my part (ROFLMAO) and you point to some fabricated post on Yahoo as proof that I'm now actively pumping the stock in order to buy it for myself. If you look at when earnings were released and contrast that to when the market will next open, you will see that your assertion makes about as much sense as my posting on the #2 visited website of SI investors using my own name. To wit, NONE. You would further have us believe that I forgot how to spell my own last name. What mind-boggling naivety leads you to believe that one person's comments can move this stock anyway? I'm flattered that you consider me to be in a league with Buffet and Soros. Buffet Soros and Macpherson. Has a nice ring to it, think I'll give them both a call and start a mutual fund.

P.S. Please take responsibility for your own actions and not try to deflect this onto others simply because you can't stand the thought of them being right.

Over the weekend I have thinking about the future of this company. Keep ending up with the same answer. What future? Bascially you have to ask yourself, can this company make any money? They have yet to do so, and I don't consider last quarter making money ... just a game with funny numbers. What the hell does Manthers Fund -- or whatever they are called -- see in this company? I've heard of only 1 new product possibly coming out which is related to Windows 98. Great. Others products I have heard are only updates. Ohh another great . Then there is the Smart File thangy. Shyt ... what the hell is that. We have a company pushing this Smart File. Well if the file is so smart, why are we losing so much freaking money. On the positive side, few new management figures may turn things around ... Amex is shot until they can show two consecutive profitable quarters. OEM deal ? If it is a great OEM deal the details would be very CLEAR which they are not. Can anyone give me a reason not to sell?

Pat this is not directed to you but feel free to comment.
