You're right, I fully agree... I'm only trying to piece together what we already know as common knowledge and what we hear... We'll probably never know the truth... I also hear that the water access was cut off by the environmentalists just when the fire department needed water... Most unfortunately, political agendas always seem to get in the way of common sense... Today, common sense doesn't even play a role in decision making... GZ
