Miss Lil, I suspect that if you put enough cream on the skin something will happen, GG. The problem is that the superficial penile skin veins don't drain deep into the corpus cavernosum to carry the drug; it's the other way around, they drain away from it. So all that a lot of cream will do is primarily give you a systemic dose of alprostadil.
