Tenchu's Thoughts: Hell's Kitchen, Episode 2 Lots of mainstream media outlets are now reporting on the purported death of Master Chef Prigozhin: Prigozhin on Manifest of Plane That Crashed in Russia (WSJ via msn.com) This is no longer a rumor that originated from the fringes. Instead, this is now a confirmed fact, according to both RuZZian news agencies and social media accounts connected to the Vagner thugs. *First of all, it was a missile that shot down the Master Chef's plane. And that missile was most likely fired by the RuZZian Ministry of Offense. Second, if the Master Chef is confirmed to be dead dead dead, this was an obvious demonstration by PooTin and his kleptocracy. It shows that the accomplishments of the Vagner thugs in taking Bakhmut don't matter, nor do the plans for the Vagner thugs to "free Africa" and rape her of her resources, all in the name of Mother RuZZia. All that matters is that you don't say nasty things about PooTin and his chosen cronies, even if their performance is subpar, and even if they are responsible for turning RuZZia into the laughing stock of the world. Third, the future of private military companies in RuZZia are now in jeopardy. PooTin was recently trying to promote more PMCs all across RuZZia: Private Russian military companies are multiplying – and so are the Kremlin’s problems (france24.com) But now we know that PooTin still wants all of these PMCs to remain under his control and under the mercy of his cronies who are responsible for supplying them and allowing them to do their dirty deeds. Let's say you're the leader of one of these PMCs, or you have been recruited by one. How do you know you're truly "independent" when you're both not allowed to succeed AND not allowed to fail? And finally, what does this mean for PooTin himself? Personally I don't think this reveals anything new about PooTin. All this does is confirm that he runs a kleptocratic empire that is not much different than a Latino drug cartel. And he is much more adept at keeping his domestic political enemies at each other's throats than he is at taking over a smaller neighbor like Ukraine. In any case*, I don't believe Hell's Kitchen has come to an end with the Master Chef's ignoble death. Either there will be a replacement Master Chef, or PooTin's days are numbered. With the way PooTin has set up his power structure, I think the replacement is inevitable. Tenchusatsu
