CH I left Exor to pursue other business ventures. While I was with the company amongst other duties I handle some of the investor relations. I will do my best to answer all your questions.
The group that is looking to take control are market people which isn't necessarily a bad thing and the group that I am aware of are most definately capable of raising $500,000. I believe most of their position was acquired for less than $0.20 and they have been watching the company for almost a year now. They became interested in the company because of the potential it has. Some insiders were willing to sell because they knew their limitations and felt it was their best option. The core group of people are qualified in their fields, programmers, service, sales etc. There are several people who had large share positions who together owned much more than 10% however they never acted together. Now that the stock trades around $0.12 14 million shares is not very many it was when the stock was trading over $0.70. The product line has US payroll which opens up all of North America and it also is used in other industries besides construction so the market for their product is very large. They do own their source code, they are currently looking at sourcing out some of their software development in India (Microsoft and many other software companies have been doing this for years).

I hope this helps,

Cheers,

Paul
