Link was to the RUT, not SPX.
But not much difference between the two.

Petco released earnings this morning; another bad quarter.
Stockholders can't complain that management never warned about the risks.
Ticker symbol is WOOF.
Chart is as expected.

Dow closed below last week's low.
SPX, NDX and even the RUT finished the session well ahead of the recent lows.

Nearest downside gaps
Dow: 33,944 - July 10
SPX: 4,329 - June 26
NDX: 14,745 - Aug 20
RUT: 1,768 - June 1

In May, the Dow bottomed at its 200 day average.
Today, that level is 33,730, a decline of approx 1.1% from today's close.
