Neil,
- 1st my professional analysis from a cpa's point of view: looks bad. If it wasn't for the loans and stock issuance, SYCR would be in big trouble. As it stands now, they have another year to develop a real money maker; drive down expenses; and get profitable. Or else its curtains for the shareholders.

- 2nd: As a human being, you seem to be devoid of any moral principles. You need help. I hope you get it sooner than later.
