Dwight: First I'd like to say. " let it go". You did very well on your trading on STRR. That is good. But this is a good Company which is going to do very well <IMO>. In fact it is already doing very well. Some of us are Long Term investors. We do not buy and sale on every short term signal. I think it is fair to say that you do not like Tang. I also think it is fair to say you have already expressed that opinion. I value your constructive analysis on the stock but I do appreciate your battle with Tang nor his with you. As for the insider trading report, I got it from Schwab. It is what Vickers reported @ 10/31/97. There is not a more current report available on Schwab. I concur that other reports do not show these sells. But Vickers does report them. I am not making it up. I sent you the file and will send it again if you like. Let's discuss STRR not each other. <TIA>
