Samir,
I don't believe they are in a "quiet period" at present. In regards to your previous question, Michael has mentioned several times (since my asylum statement) that he feels that DCI can and will be a 100 Mill./yr. company in the coming fiscal year. If they continue to stick to their current business plan it is starting to look like he very well could be right. Only time and continued hard work on part of management holds the answer.

samir,

The usual reason for a QP is to keep both parties from giving any information that could disrupt or change the structure of the deal being worked. Other companies do qp's also it just depends on what is being negotiated. When DCI sold the WH Smith contract I believe that SMTK had the QP imposed. If other suitors found out about the deal they could possibly have stepped in and either taken the deal away or made it much more expense for SMTK. DCI does not always go into qp's it just depends on things that are not always in DCI's control. Hope this helps.

LONG AND STRONG!!! GO DCTC!!!!

Bruce

You are absolutely correct. These (and related) actions are what's causing the weakness in the stock over the past several months, IMO.
.
You either need to be patient and wait it out, or move on.
.
I am waiting, but am not as patient as I once was...
