ILN's ACT is currently at 24 3/4. I find that the % rebound from the ACT is the same as the % drop from the high. For ILN that puts the rebound from say...25 to just over 29. I never expect the rebound to go back to the IL. After some base building (if the chart doesn't undergo further deterioration) there may be a later return to the IL. If the ACT is not held, another formation of a new IL/ACT combo is usually necessary.
