Going back to the subject of Mutual of New York. Like most insurance companies and banks I've had/have the pleasure to deal with in the past and present, they are the most conservative bunch of folks I have ever met. They don't give away their money unless they are sure to get a profitable return. Dave Marr III and ACCY has given them a sign of profitability. Cheers, Franco
