back in the day the company I worked for, expected us to donate to the United way. I did until I found out how much money actually went to the people that needed help

Wharfie, as usual, you feign ignorance to avoid having to defend affirmative action hiring.

Corporations can't meet racial hiring quotas without compromising on competency and skill levels.

That's the "charity" that is being forced upon them by the DEI agenda. They're expected to just hand out jobs based on the candidates sense of racial entitlement.
