Director Maxwell (used to be in oil) bought it when market makers had some inventory. No significance to it. Check it out in their annual report? Investors should be open minded to look at the good and the bad in business terms. Some small incidence can only be analysed if you know the history and the comings and goings of the management in the company. If you only say good things, then bad news will be unbearable. This company had plenty of bad news in the past. I think you will learn that as time goes by, many people posted with the same attitude as yours, and suffered some financially because they only want to hear good news. We do posting with no emotions, but we have to have to have a theme. Management consulting in a open letter, arms length, is a way to protect your investment. STRR knows me, as a stockholder.
