Pence should have unilaterally overturned the election and implemented nationwide voting reform.

And Pence coulda demanded single day voting and paper ballots nationwide on Jan 6? On what authority could Pence have overturned the election and implemented nationwide election reforms?

Of course, he couldn't have done that.
