and I remember using the term 'civilisation state', circa 2014 ... and now, coincidentally, we are still on Ukraine, coming into resolution hopefully soon, and until so, I remain agnostic before pronouncing good vs bad etc etc and why and whereas and such. Already been agnostic for 9 years w/r to Ukraine, a few more months should be okay.
