Hi Julius:

My issue with both of the companies is they have been able to skirt the share issuance rules (somehow issuing shares) and then doing reverse splits. PSHG, not as bad as TOPS but from my perspective makes management suspect.

Agreed. Reminds me of DRYS. I had it at $4 sold at $16. Continued to go up to $100. There were the same negative comments as now with PSHG.
