He doesn't claim his handicap. GHIN calculates it. If his index is 2.8, that would make him a 4 at my club. He would have to shoot 71 to net a 67. I have several guys I play with in that range who can shoot 72. So I really don't know what your problem is. You just can't accept that Trump is a good golfer? I mentioned on the golf thread that I have a friend who has played with him twice. He can hit it.
