What line of business are they intending to go into? What is the phone number of Marathon Securities? I would like to talk to someone about this, could be interesting. This may be a serious charge, what is the broker's name? The VSE will find out eventually. LL

To jag I am not surprized at all. Take a look at their histories, that why John Kaiser dumped them badly. Now they want to change company's name so they could hind behind another name to start a new game. Nobody want to fund these $%*%$#@# again if that is what they've planned to do. regards Mike

The Management Team Jack Marr M.Sc.,P.Geol. 18 years with Esso Minerals, district supervisor starting from 1985. -exploration work in BC, Yukon, Australia providing for the discovery of major deposits. Poul Hansen -worked for Cominco, later became group VP for its Prairie operations. -chairmam and managing director of Cominco Europe -President of Highland Valley Copper, 9 Years Neil Humphreys M.Sc.,P.Geol. -20 years experience in project evaluation, exploration, and development. -Cominco, BP Minerals, Esso Minerals, Tech. Corp. J. Michael Sierakoski -25 years in technical consulting, specializing in hydrometallurgy. -acting director of research and Chief Process Engineer with Inspiration Consolidated Copper. -worked at Mineral Division of Henkel 1978-1992. This is a junior mining company; a major firm would be happy with this team. There are no plans to change Agate's line of business and the firm will continue exploration, with focus on Chile, with attention elsewhere also. What alternative is there to a rollback? I am not sure there are regulations in place on the VSE with regard to forward-looking statements. In the USA, these rules fall within the meaning of Section 21E of the US Securities Exchange Act.
