Hello Haim, we are good per Message 34403125

whatever leaves that fell were easily swept up and put in trash, and garden hose did the rest of cleanup

all good

the community has some fallen tree branches so traffic slower than usual, say 1/2 speed

the supermarket did empty out to 1/2 level but kept open

no structural damage as far as I know

would say the collective lucked out this time

between now and October there should be a few more typhoons, but hopefully, per usual just T3 / T8, as opposed to T9 / T12
