Here is a sentence that makes me feel better. ..on August 12, 1997, the executive officers and directors of the company and their affiliates.....represent 42% of outstanding shares.....accordingly such stockholders may effectively have the ability to elect all of the directors of the company and determine the outcome of all other matters submitted for approval.. Next question - how upset are all the other officers and directors????
