Criminals with nukes? Yeah, what happens is a concern.
Right now, as long as PooTin is in power, the RuZZian empire will be in a constant state of collapse.

If a RuZZia without PooTin is a greater threat than a RuZZia with PooTin, then we need to consider throwing Ukraine under the bus and providing PooTin with a lifeline.

Either that, or we simply need to deal with a post-PooTin RuZZia, and I don't see ANY plans for that.

These are the priorities that a real leader would set. Too bad we don't have one in the White House.
