Yes, F8 gets the startup or boot menu. I couldn't remember which key it was, since I get it automatically by virtue of my MSDOS.SYS setting.

BTW, the MSDOS.SYS line

BootKeys=1

enables and displays the startup key options:
F5=Safe Mode
F6=Safe+Network Mode
F8=Startup Menu

and

BootDelay=2

gives you 2 seconds to hit one of those keys.
