Why are you so down on the SOME homeless people and not the NEW homeless in Florida and Maui?
What kind of whataboutism is that?

San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, and Portland have all experienced a SURGE in homelessness and homeless encampments in public spaces.

This happened BEFORE the hurricane in Florida and the wildfires in Maui.

Either way, I don't see any evidence of robbers and shoplifters getting more "innovative." That's laughable.
