Biden doesn't know what he is saying most of the time. He reads from a script all day and says things like "end of quote" if it is written on the page or teleprompter. It's a national and international embarrassment and shows in his low approval ratings. His handlers do their best to make sure he never has to answer speak in public without a script and pre approved questions. He has no clue what is going on around him and needs the attention of a person in a nursing home.
