Putin said jus the other day that Russia’s military operation will continue until all their objectives are met. In other words, they’d only negotiate from a position of strength. If they cannot do that - that would mean they’ve lost the war. How they’ll work out the details of the deal, including monitoring of compliance? Will they insist on some form of demilitarization? - I don’t know. But in the end, they’ll all have to talk.
