Wharfie, I don't give a Brandon about whether the homeless population increased or not, as long as they aren't going around pushing random people into subway trains.

Or allowed to loiter in subway cars, thus trapping average subway riders with these crazy folks.

Or allowed to take dumps right in front of mom-n-pop shops while scaring customers away.

That's the problem. People want to reduce the homeless population by forcing average citizens to face them in their daily lives.

so there is a huge homeless problem in the east as well as the west
