Agreed. If we can take the SEC action at face value to be validating the status and progress of the company then this should be very good news in the end. I believe that the test results themselves, which were certified, should have sufficed. I'd still love to see Lockheed come in on Tuesday to provide some moral and legal support to the little guy up against the Big Guys... Why isn't the SEC going after the Market Makers that caused the activity? This type of activity seems common with a lot of new stocks.
