Wharfie,
OK, so what has the right done to contain it, and where have they criminalized homelessness?
Here we go again. "You want to criminalize homelessness? You want to criminalize poverty?"

Taking a s#!t on the street is undoubtedly illegal. Yet in San Francisco, if the s#!tter is homeless, it is tolerated and permitted.

Living right next to someone's store, leaving trash and feces all around the place, and forcing the store owner to clean up is also illegal. Yet once again it is tolerated if the perps are homeless.

Taking over a public park in Sausalito is illegal, because you know, it's a public park, not a public campsite. Yet the local authorities in Sausalito were loathe to deal with the problem and had to cancel one of their arts festivals because of it.

What have conservatives done? None of the above, I guarantee you that. Instead, conservatives enforce the law.

Novel concept, I'm sure.
