Why did I say ouch ? Because if I had used my traditional indicators, I'd still be in. I'm not asking you to believe whether I sold or not - truly, it makes no difference to me. Who twisted your tail anyway? And I'm not obligated to post anything for you - pre, post or anything else. If you've had good luck with private placements, good for you. Personally I avoid them like the plague - not that I wouldn't be bullish as hell if I'd paid $16 for my new shares.
