I have a sincere question for you smartin. Are you interested in investing in this company? Sound like it good be a real winner? With the amount of time you've spent posting on this thread I sure hope you and others do. Because if you don't I really only have one thing to say to you. Get a life buddy!! Hour after hour of posting on something you have no interest in would lead me to believe that you may be...how do I say this...socially challenged.

I had a bit of experience with this issue some time back when another local computer consulting company started using the same name as mine, but added punctuation ("PC-Help?!?"). Since I had (and still have) a very established client base and no longer needed/need to advertise (most of my business is still from word of mouth), I hadn't used a Yellow Pages listing for over a year.

The other company had to back down and change their name, though, because the onus was on them to prove that I'd abandoned the name for 2 years, and they couldn't.
