Hello Pro Trader:

I too was negative on IMPCF et al. My worry about KRY is that that the posts on this stock are of the same type and tone of past scams.
There are a lot of personal attacks (both ways) and a very high number of posts. In the markets, what everyone knows, isn't worth knowing.

However, I do know that there is a legal dispute which KRY at at the very least has a 50% chance of winning. Bob Bishop has reported various facts of this dispute that to me, indicate a plausable reason as to why kry will be victorious.

The big joke on the bulls would be if KRY wins and the stock goes down. I am planning on selling my kry shares when (hopefully) a positive decsion is announced. Lets hope noone else has the same idea.

Please forgive my additional intrusion into this interesting thread. This note is not aimed at PRO TRADER in particular, but both shorts and longs.

It seems to me that if one is confident of a positive court ruling (but unsure of the exact timing), then it would behoove one to talk DOWN the stock price, in order to load up and cash in.

Similarly, if one is convinced that the stock is overpriced, one should talk it UP, in order to sell more shares, and reap more profits after the inevitable decline.

Instead, we have longs talking the stock UP, and shorts talking the stock DOWN. This data would indicate that posters a) have a short investment time span, AND b) think that by posting here they can significantly influence the price of the stock (either up OR down).

To sum up, serious traders are left with the opinion that NO ONE here knows what they are doing, nor why they are doing it. That said, let me invite longs to explain why they promote the stock, and shorts to explain why they bash it. I fully expect that this discussion can be thoughtful and thought-provoking, not childish and name-calling.
