Ryan, the research report does not include the SAH deal. Factoring SAH in would result in a higher target price for APCO.

Why so low? sounds a little low to me? Earnings seem good!

I agree it sounds low. I still haven't had time to read the report, but I think the 10.50 was based on 20 times their estimate of .53 for YE 99.
