SEMI <OFF TOPIC> Quicken '99 Just say Nooooooooo

I am unhappy. I had a technical problem with Quicken 98. I had an error number but no reference to it on their web site or the automated support line. I called the technical support number provided with Quicken 98 and was informed of a $19 charge. I though this might be reasonable, I had the product for a year, how could I expect unlimited technical support for a year old product. So I upgraded.

SAME PROBLEM IN '99, NO SOLUTION LISTED, AND THEY STILL WANT $19 TO SUPPORT THE NEW PRODUCT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also, I only got the Deluxe Version this year. I don't really need a upgraded financial planner this year, OR SO I THOUGHT. THEY REMOVED MY OLD VERSION OF PLANNER AND HAVE A CODE THAT I MUST PAY $19 FOR SO I CAN READ MY OLD FILE WITH THE NEW ONE.

I am VEEERY UNHAPPY! I have used Quicken since Version 4.0. THEY WILL MAKE IT RIGHT OR MICROSOFT HERE I COME.

PS - I can find no customer service telephone numbers in my manual or on the web. Are they hiding?
