The companies I follow generally file with the SEC shortly (same day or maybe a few weeks) after they announce earnings via a press release. If Ivax files the 10K at the end of March (as they have at least the last two years), that would be about 1 1/2 months from their press release (13 Feb). I'm expecting we'll see a 10K earlier this year, unless it is the norm for Ivax to make the press release this far in advance. Haven't been following the company that long -- maybe someone else knows the answer?
