Mr. Mitchell, For your information I have already talked with the SEC about the regulations regarding Selective Disclosure. Please save the warnings...... While I have not stated I have any specific and credible evidence that Bob Gruder or ALYD have violated SEC regulations, it is my opinion that there have been several instances where ALYD may have released material information in a selective manner. You seem to feel that this reporter just "estimated" the numbers and they just happened to match exactly to the Q4 results. You don't even find that a little peculiar ? Well, at the very least, I find it rather questionable. - The reporter never stated or implied that this was an estimate. - The $11 million figure matched up perfectly with ALYD's Q4 results. - This is not the only time material information has appeared in this specific paper. If you don't remember Mr. Gruder was quoted, in this very same paper, as saying:exchange2000.com "Well, we are making a profit now. Two quarters late isn't bad." - Aug. 1997. Let me refresh your memory as to how you tried to cover that up. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Your post to me regarding this issue.exchange2000.com my reply back to youexchange2000.com You try to cover it up once again.exchange2000.com My replyexchange2000.com exchange2000.com You finally admitted you were wrong, and tried to dismiss the whole thing as "old news"exchange2000.com ---------------------------------------------------------------------- I also remember discussion of some information regarding Dupont being released in the same manner.... I haven't look for that article, but I remember there was some talk on this thread about it. The SEC has a section that specifically takes investor complaints regarding Selective Disclosure. It is my opinion that there are several instances that ALYD may have released information that was misleading or selectively released. I have not taken the time or have had the desire to put together a formal complaint, but I do feel that there is enough evidence that, at the very least, would raise some questions. You may choose to believe the company did not give any specific information to this reporter regarding the year end sales figures, but I believe that it is very peculiar that he just happened to estimate the EXACT figure that would match the Q4 results. People can use their own judgment to decide what they want to believe, but you can not dismiss the fact that there is a certain pattern to this and this was not the only instance that something like this has come up.
