Scott: Let me give you a prime example of someone who posts without checking with the company and misreads statements because he/she doesnot understand it.

I was sent an e-mail stating> (Stephen, I can't believe Frank sold 700,000 shares of stock! Valuespec is a little ruthless on the thread, but I am glad he brought out how many shares Frank sold.)

I said Frank did not sell even half those shares, and please do not take THE WORD OF SOMEONE WHO DOES NOT DO "HOMEWORK" ON FRANKLIN TELECOM. He has never called the company, never spoken to anyone there at Franklin, and has repeatedly misprinted others on his web page.

This is my last warning to all the little duckies out there that take ValueSpec's word as Gold!

The problem is that when someone puts Value in front of Spec, it looks good for all those frightful-non-due-diligence investors.

Was RB uninformed when he predicted $ 12 mil + in sales for 1997 and we only got $ 1.7 mil and falling?

I think we will have to wait until June 30, 1998, to see if I am uninformed. I don't think the storm of sales will come by then as most expect, based on the company's past performance, but we'll see.
