Good post Bob. The problem with the stock price is twofold, one is lack of credibility of management, the public may even doubt the contract. Two is poor decision making on their part regarding advising the public accurately and in more public venues what is going on. They have failed to bring proper attention to the company. Financials do not take that long to prepare by accounting firms, this is an everyday procedure they do day in and day out. I am always amused by penny stocks that say "THEY" are really working hard on getting them out. If they are telling the truth, the stock has an excellent opportunity to increase in value.
