POCI is starting to move! It's the ONLY pure-play (and public) on WDM filters. There aren't very many companies either public or private involved in the filter production, and POCI has an impressive collection of scientists and other experts that will likely help them gain visibility. On OCLI's conference call, management discussed how hot the WDM filter market is and the extent to which demand for these filters outstrips supply. Every major WDM component supplier (JDS Fitel,Dicon,Etec,etc.) is looking for additional suppliers of filters. I expect POCI to benefit from this trend. With a market cap of $17M, the stock is clearly undervalued based on this dynamic and the companies earning potential.
