August,

One of the newsletters I subscribe to, Fledgling Newsletter, has PLPT as a hold. Bob Scheuermann, editor, came very close a few months ago to issuing a sell on the stock because of the way they burned thru the $20 million last year. Instead, he recommended buying the stock if it dropped to 5/8's. PLPT then issued a press release last year about a major telecomm company and a $50 million dollar order, and the stock began to move higher. Now, he feels the stock will move higher from here. I believe the company will do an extra $15 million in sales this year from that order, and it will increase to $50 million over the next 5 years if I remember correctly. I did talk to Robert Suh last year, but I didn't ask if the increased sales would translate into profits finally. I planned to call PLPT and talk to Robert Suh about that, but never got the chance yet. Now Microsoft is involved with the company, so I guess they figured the increased business is only the beginning. It still looks like they are spending a lot of cash. I plan to hold. I will vote no for the reverse split.
