Bob it has been discussed rather thoroughly and THIS MANAGEMENT IS GROSSLY OVERPAID. But let's review:

Rainer Poertner 278,000 + another increase of 39,000 this year
Daniel Taylor 215,000 + another increase of 30,000 this year

This is their '98 salaries. 2 guys making 1/2 million this year with 69,000 in bonuses. This is total bullshit. They have done nothing to earn our respect or this kind of money. They've milked it for too long and now the cow is dry.

Damn. I keep on forgetting the 500. car allowance each month. Oh shit.
I almost forgot the personal loans that Rainer and Danny boy grabbed from the company. Did I mention that they increased their options by another 800,000 shares ?
