Pugs:

Just be careful on the email thread. Make sure you *delete* all your messages now. In case of an investigation we don't want any tracks left like Monica Lewinsky did. ;-)

Pugs, another thing,if you can make anymore room in your mouth next to your foot. These are the questions I submitted to EXSO management and am awaiting an answer, which I will post on the EXSO thread(if the response allows). I don't mind asking the questions that need to be asked of a company I am a shareholder of. DD

1)How many shares are currently outstanding?
2)Have all debentures been converted?
3)Will we be asked to increase the number of authorized shares to
accomodate the conversion of any remaining debenture holders?
4)Will we be asked to increase the number of authorized shares to
accomodate/defer the financial agreement with APS?
5)Has the company been able to make the $40,000 monthly payments to
APS? Are these payments current?
6)How many shares are held by insiders(144 or other(form 4))
7)Have any insiders purchased or sold any stock recently(144 or other)?
8)On Sept.5,EXSO announced that it had entered into an agreement with
Harold ''Butch'' Adams. What has Butch accomplished?
9) what is the status of refinancing EXSO's debt for more favorable
terms?
10) Since hiring Butch, has Ed progressed on the Brownfield
initiative.
11)How are the different subsidiaries performing(current financial
status)?
12)What is 7/7 current and future situation(financial, contracts etc)?
13)Is 7/7 up for sale,or do you have intentions of putting it on the
"block"?
14) has the company received any new contracts,if so please elaborate?
15)My stock value is currently at a 59% loss, why should I continue to
hold and not cut my losses and sell now?

>>You have no idea of our relationship with the Co. since we only post about it on the EMail thread, but I believe all questions will be answered very soon!!! <<

In as much as you have repeatedly posted false and misleading information about RMIL, it would seem that one of two things is true. The company is honest with you and you choose to post false information or the company is not honest with you. Which is it ?
What is your relationship?

To maintain that you post your "honest" information on the E-Mail thread and talk out of your other end on a public board, indicates that you are posting false information. What possible benefit can be derived from violating the very statute that you so frequently cite?
