Arnold-

Started to answer you once, and then lost it somewhere out there in never-never land. As Justin said FWIW stands for "For What It's Worth". In Dec., 529 institutions held 66.11% of SGI stock and in Feb., 524 held 70.16%. Yes, it would appear that they are well pleased with Mr. Belluzzo being hired as CEO, and that the company does have a future. We will most likely have a wait of several months, but I do believe that the stock price will go back up to the mid twenties this year. (I don't really know, I am just hoping.)

Happy Hunting
