China and India have been buying Russia refined products hand over fist and you know it.
LOL, China and India have been buying RuZZian crude oil at G7-capped prices, then refining it themselves and selling it at a fat profit.

Why should they buy RuZZia's refined products, unless they're as st00pid as you are?
